English Language Lessons for Kheua



Kheua is a friend and work colleague of mine at the Department of International Cooperation in Laos.  Although Kheua had a well paid job in the Laos private sector, she has opted to take a role with the Department of International Cooperation to pursue her goal of improving government service and policy, specifically within the areas of aid effectiveness, poverty reduction and gender equality.

In order to help her communicate with international organizations that deal with the government in Laos, Kheua has been undertaking self-funded intensive Enlgish language study at Vientiane College.  Sarah and I have agreed to sponsor Kheua on a term-by-term and results based basis, but we would be more than happy to share the load with some friends and family!

I have negotiated a reduced termly rate with the college, coming in at $125USD per term / $500USD per year, which is a 50% reduction.

Seeking a total of $500USD for another 4 terms (12 months) worth of study.
